The heavy stone door is slowly but surely sliding down on the deadline for final projects this semester. I'm really hoping I'll be able to pull off a dramatically miraculous escape from the evil clutches of college just before the door hits the ground...and possibly even have a split second to go back for my hat. On second thought, no way could I be that lucky---good thing I don't wear hats.

A Holly Jolly Christmas?
Today was technically the first day of Thanksgiving vacation. Snow College cancelled all their classes yesterday and kicked us all out on our rear ends for the week to avoid the storm. The HUGE storm that was supposed to be the worst storm in twenty years or something in that degree of astronomical-ness. And what happened when the storm showed up an hour after it was supposed to? A big angry burst of wind spat about one inch of snow at northern Utah for thirty minutes and then...died. Epic.

Will It Blend? SCPD Edition
Don't you love those days when walking through a bunch of dead leaves feels so good that you inevitably show up late to everything? So do I.
Today isn't one of those days.

College Late Nights and the Typing Problems Thereof
My headphones are plugged in and my fingers keep slipping and (I think) purposely missing the keys they're supposed to hit in the hopes of destroying my credibility with my anthropology professor. But luckily I'm unnaturally focused on my screen and nothing is escaping my notice. Also, my writing music on slacker.com is helping.

IN CASE OF ZOMBIE ATTACK
Gather all weapons, sharp/heavy objects, and spare furniture and proceed calmly to the SOCS building (found by engineers and psychology club members to be the best building on campus to convert into a fortress). Stragglers will be locked out according to school policy. With your help and cooperation we can unite to kick some serious zombie trash!!!
From the Snow College administration.

ACT
I'm so excited! I got a 29 on the ACT! It's only one more than the last time I took it, but that's a pretty good score.
